Matt found out about a 6.5-acre corn maze at Long & Scott Farms from a friend. It was in Zellwood, FL which is about an hour away from us. We packed a cooler for a picnic lunch & headed that way around 11:30 AM.

This is the map of the maze. It took us about 45 minutes to get through, but they said it takes some people 3 hours! We did take a wrong turn at the end, though, and came out the entrance instead of the exit! Oops!
We cooled down after with some popsicles!
& they had tractors to check out and take pictures on! They also had other mazes to go through, and a hay ride. There was fresh corn and veggies to buy too, and zip-lining & fishing for kids.After our time at the farm, we drove over to Mt. Dora and spent some time in the cute antique shops and cafes - then home for a relaxing evening.
Sunday was wonderful, of course. We went to church with a group of amazing people, and all had Moe's for lunch (we took advantage of the $1.99 burrito special they had for the weekend). We also met up with Becki, a friend from high school who Matt was close with, at church and she joined our group for lunch. Sunday afternoons are pretty much devoted to chapter meetings, which are always awesome and uplifting. Sunday night we had our first meeting with our new Summit connect group. Can I just say that is was amazing? I am so excited to get to know each person in our group of believers! I already can't wait for next week. Here is a picture we took to document our first meeting:
