It's been a while since I've posted a blog - life just gets so crazy! We are doing well & are excited to head home soon for Thanksgiving Break! The end of the semester is always so stressful, so this break has come just at the right time! Here's a little peak into what's been going on in our lives since my last post, which was about this time a year ago:

We brought in the New Year with some friends sipping on our Welch's Grape Juice!
We had a great time and were excited to see what God had in store for us in 2009!

A bunch of family all got together to celebrate Tyler's 12th Birthday!

In the Spring Semester I rushed a Christian Sorority, Sigma Phi Lambda. It has been such a blessing to have a community of Christian girls. This is the Gamma Pledge class!

Over Spring Break, we went on a mission trip to San Diego, California. We had a great time helping out CrossChurch, San Diego reach the community. This picture was taken at Seaport Village!

Acting goofy at the Phi Lamb formal - Spring 2009

For Easter, we spent the day in Georgia on the farm with the Smith family (Matt's mom). We had a great time visiting with everyone & four-wheeling!

Our good friends, Danielle (who I call "Loof") and Will, came home with us to Jacksonville to celebrate my 20th birthday in April. We spent one of the days in beautiful St. Augustine (a favorite of ours)

My beautiful sister, Amy, ready to go to her Senior prom!

Celebrating Liz's graduation from the University of North Florida!

Sigma Phi Lambda spring initiation. This is me with my big, Melissa (right behind me) and our family.

With my sister and mom seeing Wicked on broadway! We had a great time and the show was AMAZING!

Me & Matt with our graduating siblings, Amy & Josh - Class of 2009

Matt with some friends after they played a prank on him (to get him back for a prank he had played on them!). His room was filled with shredded paper from floor to ceiling!

End of the year 80's party at Loof's apartment!

During moving week in July. We moved to a new apartment complex - an apartment of 3 girls (mine!) and an apartment of 3 boys (Matt's!) right above each other. This is me, Loof, and Will taking a lunch break and enjoying subway. We are all so happy to be roomies & neighbors!

At Allyson's sweet 16 birthday party! She had a great time! I can't believe she's 16...

Once the school year started back up, I began a new job working for a family & watching their 8 year old daughter, Chloe, everyday after school. We have fun together - I really enjoy her!

Matt playing with his new nephew, Landen Taylor - the adorable son of Amanda & Steve.

Over Labor Day weekend, we had a Furlong family reunion! Matt, Josh, & Katie Baby are smiling with most of their cousins!

Matt & I celebrated our 3 year anniversary on September 16th. This is right after we enjoyed some amazing fondue! I love him!

This semester (fall 09), Matt pledged a Christian Fraternity (the brother fraternity to my sorority), Kappa Upsilon Chi! This is us at the KYX highlighter party!

We always enjoy football season in the fall. This picture is during family weekend, when we played Memphis (and won!). My sister, Amy, came down to enjoy the weekend!

At Lake Placid for the Fall 2009 chapter retreat, with my beautiful twin littles (Lauren & Elizabeth)!

For Halloween, Matt & I dressed up as 1920's gangsters. Here, we are ready to go to the Theta Alpha Halloween party!

At the Phi Lamb Fiesta! We borrowed the jerseys from Will!

For Matt's 21st birthday (Nov 11) we celebrated by going to Disney's Animal Kingdom. We always have such a blast together, being kids again!

Stan, Kayti, Tyler and Charlie met us in Daytona for Matt's birthday dinner! This is Charlie and his Matt-Matt, the only person he wanted to hold him!

We also celebrated at home for Matt's 21st and Katie Baby's 16th. This is one of MANY pictures of the two of them acting goofy. Matt loves his Katie Baby!

Matt was initiated into Kappa Chi in November. The first picture is of the paddle he made for his big in the fraternity. The second is of him with his big in their KYX jerseys!

Us ready to go the KYX masquerade formal! We were proud of the masks we made!

This is us at the formal - we had a great time dancing the night away!
As you can see, we've really been enjoying this past year so far & God has blessed us beyond our imaginations! We are so thankful to have found communities of Christian fellowship, to have the support of our families and best friends, and to have all of these memories together! How great is our God? :)
